about BAILEY
I aim to help clients develop new ways of thinking and relating so they can release old patterns and create more meaningful, empowering lives. My goal is to support deeper healing so life can feel more peaceful, aligned, and authentic.
As a relational therapist, I focus on how relationships, both past and present, shape the way we see ourselves, others, and the world. I help clients explore patterns in their communication, connection, and relational dynamics, supporting growth in personal and interpersonal understanding. This focus can be especially valuable during life transitions, when old patterns may no longer serve, and new ways of relating are needed.
Much of my work is grounded in attachment-based and schema-focused perspectives, helping clients identify long-standing emotional patterns and beliefs that may limit their relationships and overall well-being. I also incorporate parts work through Internal Family Systems (IFS), guiding clients in exploring the different aspects of their identity with curiosity and compassion. Together, we examine how these parts developed, how they interact, and how they can move toward greater balance and integration—strengthening self-trust, easing inner conflict, and fostering a cohesive sense of self.
My style is person-centered and collaborative, and I integrate elements of DBT, CBT, and ACT to provide both meaningful insight and practical tools for change. I support clients in processing the past while staying grounded in the present and building on their existing strengths.
I work with individuals ages 17 and up on concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, life transitions, childhood trauma, grief, self-esteem, and identity exploration.
I strive to help clients develop new ways of thinking so they can release old patterns and create more meaningful lives. My goal is to support deeper healing so life can feel more peaceful, aligned, and authentic.
Much of my work is rooted in understanding how early relationships and life experiences shape the way we see ourselves, others, and the world. I use attachment-based and relationally focused approaches to help clients identify old patterns and beliefs that may no longer serve them. I also incorporate IFS parts work, guiding clients in exploring the different aspects of their identity with curiosity and compassion.
