We utilize hypnotherapy, cognitive therapy, narrative work, dream analysis, gestalt, and a family systems as part of our therapeutic approach.

While we do not proscribe medication, we can work with your psychiatrist or doctor to help ensure they provide the ideal solution in concert with your counseling work. We are also enthusiastic to help you find alternatives to medication when it makes sense.
